SHIPPING POLICY
- All air shipments, if ordered before 3:30 PM ET M-F, will be shipped the same day of the order. Customers will be notified of any delays.
- All ground shipments, will be delivered within 1~6 business days.
All packages will be in a discrete box. There will be no word such as spy, camera, CCTV etc. on the box.
- All orders are fully insured by SCS. In case of loss or damage, SCS will claim with the carrier and ship the order again within 5 days.
- SCS is fully responsible for any shipping mistakes. However any delays caused by Act of God (such as weather conditions), emergency (such as a road block, fire, terrorism etc) and mechanical failures (strange enough, UPS is not responsible for their own fleet malfunctions) will not be reimbursed.
- Customers are fully responsible for their typo error on a order. We can intercept the package while in transit ($15 charge) however, once the package is delivered to a wrong address and cannot be retrieved, the customer will be liable for all costs including the merchandise itself.
