- RMA# is required for all returns. if you wish to return an item please contact us at 845-369-1777 (M-F 10 am to 5 pm ET) or fill out the return form at: http://www.spycameras.com/return.html
- 30 Day Exchange: You may exchange with other items within 30 days.
- 30 Day Store credit: You may return the item within 30 days for a store credit. Our store credit does not expire.
- Refund: Because of the nature of the product, refund is only allowed if you notify us within 7 days upon receiving your order. Then you must return the item, posted within the 7 day period. Please test the item right away. The item must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all parts and accessories, otherwise restocking fee will apply. SCS does not refund any shipping charges for the order.
- Warranty: All items come with 1 year warranty. If the unit is found to be defective we will repair/replace the unit. Warranty is voided if the product is altered in any way after receipt (ex: cut cable, wrong power, color change, etc.) SCS will be happy to customize your order to suit your individual needs prior to purchase so that you may maintain your warranty. Simply contact us at 845-369-1777 to discuss your specific needs.
- Out of warranty: Since we are the manufacturer, any items out of warranty can be repaired with minimal cost and time. (Custom made items only)
- Order Cancelation: 0% restocking fee If canceled by the same day of the order before 4PM ET, however, once the order is shipped, there will be 10% restocking fee plus the shipping charge. (any special free shipping offer will be annulled) SCS does not make any profit off the restocking fee; 10% covers 3.5% credit card processing fee + 3.5% credit card refund fee + 3% return package fee)
