Subsequent to my purchase, he helped me set up my software remotely. Exhibited a great deal of patience in helping my get everything up and running correctly. "I have purchased 3 cameras so far, My mother is 91 years old and lives by herself about 1200 miles from me. I called SCS and they explained that I could set up a wireless wifi system in her house (so I didn't have to run any wires) They are great with shipping, making sure the camera was there at my mothers house the day they said it would. Then all I did was call them to set up the system, and they did all the computer settings for me from a great program that is included free with the camera. When I had to replace my mothers modem I called SCS back and they reset all the modems settings for me, with no charge and a great attitude. I could not be any happier with the company or their Tech support.
The cameras work great and do what is promised."
