These thermal motion sensing cameras are recommended for intrusion detection where there is no outlet to plug in. It is the only camera with an actual motion detector PIR that saves battery power at standby mode and turns on to record when triggered. Total standby time can last up to 2 hours ~20 days (depending on the frequency of trigger).
