- Because of the nature of the product, refund is only allowed if you notify us within 48 hrs upon receiving the order with any problems. (SCS is not responsible for any shipping charges). Please test the items immediately upon receiving.

- Sale on all nanny cameras: http://www.spycameras.com/intro-nannycam.htm & http://www.spycameras.com/AllinOne.htm are final. Cancellation of such custom made items will not be accepted.

- If you are not completely satisfied with our product, notify us within 30 days upon receiving the product to exchange for an item(s) of similar value or more. (SCS is not responsible for any shipping charges).

- Your product will be guaranteed  for 1 year with warranty (2 years for selected items). If the unit is found to be defective, return it to us, we will either repair or replace for a new unit.

- 30 day price guaranty. If you notice any price drop on the item you have already purchased within 30 days, we'll apply the difference on the future orders. (store credit only)

- Warranty is voided in any case of alteration of the product. (e.g, cut cable, wrong power, color change etc.) So let us do it for you, we will consider any of your request and make it the way you like!

- Please check with your local law before you make any purchase. SCS is not responsible for any illegal usage on items sold.
