RETURNS & WARRANTIES
- We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from SCS, Inc. If you are not satisfied with our product, notify us within 30 days upon receiving the product to exchange for an item(s) of similar value or more. (SCS, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges).
- The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
- Because of the nature of the product, refund is only allowed if you notify us within 48 hrs upon receiving the order with any problems. (SCS is not responsible for any shipping charges). Please test the items immediately upon receiving.
- Your product will be guaranteed for 1 year with warranty (2 years for selected items). If the unit is found to be defective, return it to us, we will either repair or replace for a new unit.
- 30 day price guaranty. If you notice any price drop on the item you have already purchased within 30 days, we'll apply the difference on the future orders. (store credit only)
- Warranty is voided in any case of alteration of the product. (e.g, cut cable, wrong power, color change etc.) So let us do it for you, we will consider any of your request and make it the way you like!
