You can adjust (manually) the viewing angle with these vari-focal lenses.
C-mount & CS-mount lenses have thread with a 1" diameter and 32 threads per inch. C mount cameras can use both C & CS mount lenses but CS mount cameras are not compatible with C mount lenses.
