All of SCS cameras are equipped with built-in auto electronic iris that will self adjust to various lighting situations. A Low light capability is important but also the camera should not fail under a bright light as well.

	B/W camera tested under 1 candle light (1 lux).
	B/W camera tested under 20 Watt light bulb.
	Color cameras can loose resolution and color at low light. At least 40 Watt lighting reaquired.
	In a extreme bright light condition, auto-iris closes up to block the light. A good auto-iris will close just right so you will still get visual of the objects near the light source without  blacking out or light streaks.
	The light bulb is lit and you can still read the label on the bulb!
